And Kuala Berang on Monday and Wednesday. The room I used here never stayed constant cause it was always busy! Most awkward when I actually had to sit in the office room where others were working

2015-2-24 fun day

Second attempt at surfing with Scott, Andrea and Hibo went much better than the first! And ended off with a Rotti Bom and Teh Tarik! Then a shower under the stars, and the first time of charging our phones from the battery which was charged with the solar panel! Although after half a day in the sun it was not half charged!

Took 2 hrs to get out of the parking garage and drive the 2 km back to our place cause of holiday traffic...this is the emergency meeting point in the parking garage...lets just say I am a bit skeptical of what would happen if there were a real  emergency!

2015-2-19 Chinese New Year in Melaka

At least there was McDonald's breakfast at the end of it when we got in at 6:30am! Since we had the time we decided to walk the 4.6 km to our accommodation. Happened across the beautiful river walk

My back was about to fall out by this point so we had an early lunch and chess game to recover!

Then off for walk around town looking at shops and temples

Then just as our tiredness levels were rising we happened across a quaint coffee shop and the guy working gave me a mini lesson on making coffee! And there was half a scrabble game...I just didn't have the patients!

And a Teh Tarik macaroon! (Teh Tarik is a type of foamy tea famous in SE Asia)
